In Narita Airport's Terminal 1, passengers are able to find an oasis of peace amid the hubbub of one of the busiest airports in the world. At 60km from downtown Tokyo, Narita Airport is the leading international airport in Japan, handling around 50% of the country's international passenger traffic, and 60% of its international air cargo traffic.

With traffic levels like these, people find it necessary to escape from the madding crowd and seek refuge in the OLIVER, SKY OASIS. This is an exclusive space designed for passengers to enjoy unique experiences. A space where each traveller can spend quality time and feel relaxed and at home. A place for relaxation and pleasure amidst surrounding chaos.

OLIVER SKY OASIS was conceived to offer passengers high levels of pleasure in a very attractive spatial design in which nature and design are fused together thanks to noble materials, natural colours and soft textures. All the wood furniture, with their agreeable fabrics, the carpeting and cushions provide people with warmth and comfort, more characteristic of a home than of one of the world's busiest airports.

In addition, colours such as green, pink and sienna create the optimal balance to ensure travellers will still feel in communion with nature in a modern space where they can take a break from their trip and simply sit back and breathe.

The upholstery fabrics for the chairs, armchairs and sofas had to meet a series of fundamental characteristics to offer ease of cleaning and maintenance, taking into account the number of people passing through this space every day of the year. To avoid problems, the interior designer opted for a daring and fully updated combination of our Aquaclean® collections.

It was a total success, making it easy for people to enjoy this exclusive space, at one of the biggest airports in the world, looking brand new, every single day.
